Official Refund Policy
For the Clinton Parks & Recreation Department

Refund Policy for P & R Programs other than the P & R Soccer Program:
Since all programs are self supporting and commitments need to be made, the following is our refund policy: A full refund will automatically be given for any program canceled by Clinton Park and Recreation Department. A refund, minus a $20 processing fee, will be given when requested in writing up to 2 weeks prior to the start of our programs. Once the decision has been made to run a particular program, no refund will be given. Once the Program begins, no refund will be given, unless there is a medical emergency and a doctor's note must be provided, then a refund will be considered minus a $25 processing fee. If you decide to drop out of any program, no refunds will be given for any unused portion of a program.

Non Sufficient Fund Checks:
If you have paid for a P & R Program by check and the check has been returned to the Town of Clinton for insufficient funds you will be charged a fee of $25.00. Therefore, you must pay the Park and Recreation Department for the program plus the additional fee of $25.00 with a certified check, money order or cash (not with another personal check).

Anyone who has an outstanding balance with the Park and Recreation Department will not be allowed to register their children for additional programs until they clear up their previous balance.
